All products are handmade and may vary slightly in shape, size, color, and finish. These variations are inherent to the handmade process and are part of what makes each piece unique. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

All content included on this website and all products sold by eclectics, including but not limited to product designs, images, text, graphics, logos, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are the property of Eclectics and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
No content from the site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our express written permission.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind.

Return Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If an item arrives broken, please email eclecticsny@gmail.com with clear photo evidence of the damage within 2 days of the package delivery date. Each damaged item case will be reviewed and handled individually.
